1. Both the ASC and the EAA have exemptions to the Jan 31,2008 dead line for transition of aircraft.
You may apply to them to take advantage of their exemption.
2. Keep in mind that your UL time and endorsements have no expiration date. Any time that you
have that meets the requirements of the FAR may still count toward you sport pilot cert. Make a
appointment with a CFI for an evaluation to see what additional training you will need.
3. A CFI can also train you for part 103 flight. The EAA has a curriculum document outlineing the
